RUSH LAKE EXPEDITION 4700M

Overview
Rush Lake Trek is a light adventure for first timers in the Karakoram Range. Rush Lake is one of the world’s highest alpine lakes and it is Pakistan’s highest lake at an altitude of over 4,700 meters.

During the trek you will experience the gigantic views of peaks of Nagar and Hunza Valley. While trekking towards Rush lake you will cross glaciers, high meadows and terraced fields of beautiful Nagar valley. This is one amazingly refreshing journey as it offers a chance to embrace the wilderness of mother nature.

Day 1
Islamabad- Transfer to Hotel
Day 2
Drive/Fly to Gilgit ( depends on trekkers preference)​
Day 3
Drive to Karimabad along with Hunza River​
Day 4
Drive to Hopper village and Trek to Bericho Kor (3,300 m)​
Day 5
Trek to Chidin Harai (4,440 m)​
Day 6
Trek to Rush Lake(4,694 m)​
Day 7-30
​We will set up our camps at the base camp of Laila Peak, and your non guided climbing session of the expedition will begin from here onwards. We will camp at the Base Camp for the whole climbing duration. Our guide, Chef, and other staff will stay with you for the entire time. Our chefs will make healthy and nutritious foods during the trek and climbing period. We believe that good nutritious food plays a vital role in out-door sports.​

Trek to Phari Phari (3,450 m)​
Day 32
Trek to Hamdar (3,300 m)
Day 33
Trek down to Hopper valley and drive Gilgit
Day 34
Debriefing and day out in Islamabad.
Day 35
Fly Home
